In 2019, Donaghy Sales implemented Wise Systems to improve last-mile visibility and
optimize its overall fleet transparency. Donaghy struggled to capture real-time data and
understand the impact of decisions made throughout the day. Donaghy lacked the ability
to scenario plan and model seasonality to keep the business agile. Since the rollout,
Donaghy Sales has achieved end-to-end transparency and efficiency in key processes,
including strategic planning, daily route creation, delivery execution, and reporting, and
decided to transition from their legacy territory planning solution.
